Non-completion of foundation programme

A “Non-Completion of Foundation Programme” form must be completed by the FTPD for any F1 or F2 whom it is not possible for the FTPD to sign-off (inc non-progression, LTFT, maternity leave etc).

Summary of competences achieved during Foundation Programme

STFS has developed a pro-forma to assist trusts in providing trainees who do not complete the foundation programme with a list of the competences which they have successfully achieved.
